La société Amalys

Amalys est une société française (SARL) créée il y a 10 ans. Elle propose aux organismes privés ou publics - entreprises (grands groupes, PME), collectivités territoriales, établissements publics et organisations diverses - un accompagnement destiné à les aider dans leur démarche d'innovation et dans leur développement régional et international. Son activité se décline selon les axes suivants :

Innovation technologique, R&D :

• accès aux financements européens dans le cadre du 7ème PC (2007-2013)
• formation à la R&D européenne
• montage de partenariats avec la CEI et les pays d'Europe centrale et orientale ayant rejoint l'Union Européenne
• accès aux financements spécifiques du transfert de technologie en provenance des Instituts de recherche de l'ex-complexe militaro-industriel de l'URSS

Développement régional :

• accès aux financements européens des Fonds Structurels (FEDER, FSE).

Jacqueline Guidot, Directeur de la société Amalys

Jacqueline Guidot, Ingénieur chimiste (ENSCP) et Docteur ès Sciences, a créé la société Amalys en 1997. Auparavant, elle a acquis une expérience industrielle en travaillant 25 ans à Rhône -Poulenc, groupe multinational de la chimie, des polymères, de l'ingéniérie et des sciences de la vie. Elle y a occupé différents postes :
- Responsable de recherche (catalyse, polymères thermostables)
- Chef de Projet informatique et gestion documentaire
- Chargée de la coopération scientifique avec l'ex-URSS et ex-pays de l'Est (Comecon)
Dans cette dernière fonction, s'appuyant entre autres sur ses connaissances linguistiques (anglais, allemand, russe), elle a conduit environ 70 missions dans cette zone. Le réseau original et diversifié qu'elle a construit lui permet aujourd'hui de monter et de négocier des partenariats scientifiques, technologiques et industriels pour le compte de ses clients, y compris dans le transfert de technologie du domaine militaire vers les applications civiles pour lequel existent des financements spécifiques.
Parallèlement, elle s'est spécialisée dans le financement européen des projets innovants et a été sollicitée régulièrement par la Commission Européenne en tant qu'expert pour l'évaluation des dossiers dans le cadre des 4ème, 5ème et 6ème PCRD.

The Amalys company

The French company Amalys was incorporated 10 years ago. Its offer consists in providing all the support required by private or public entities - entreprises (large companies, SMEs), local authorities, public bodies and other organizations - to build up successful innovative projects at regional or international level in two areas :

Research and technological development :

• access to European funding through FP7
• training
• partnership with CIS and with new members of EU
• technology transfer from Research institutes previously belonging to the militaro-industrial complex of USSR : international funding

Regional development :

• access to European funding through Structural Funds (Cohesion Policy)

Dr Jacqueline Guidot, Managing Director of Amalys

Dr Jacqueline Guidot established her own company, Amalys, in 1997. Her career began at the Rhône -Poulenc company, a leading multinational group involved in chemistry, polymers, engineering and life sciences. She acquired a long-lasting industrial experience : during a period of 25 years she has been successively in charge of research teams (catalysis, thermostable polymers and composites), Project Manager (building up and computerisation of user-friendly databases at group level), and then appointed to initiate and develop RTD cooperation with ex-USSR and Comecon countries at corporate level. Valorising her good practice of languages (English, Russian and German), she built up a technical database and a wide network of contacts in CIS (70 field trips in this area) and New Members of the EU. Her expertise covers the conversion of military research towards civilian applications too, for which specific funding is available.
She started specialising in European funding over 10 years ago and has been regularly solicited by the European Commission as an independent expert to evaluate project proposals during the 4th, 5th and 6th Framework programmes.
